How will you make an impact:
- Develop and generate business reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), performance drivers and regulatory changes
- Acting as an “internal consultant”, provides opinions & expertise on how to best solve planning, reporting & analytical challenges.
- Embraces digital mindset, considering full suite of transformational tools available when creating solutions to solve problems.
- First point of contact for supporting analytical requests from the business. Acting with a sense of urgency, develops models/reports that provide actionable insights for business partners.
- Support IT & Pharmacy reporting and adhoc requests. Provides support to business & finance leadership, offering expertise to address a wide range of business cases & analysis.
- Monitor performance at region and store levels for all programs through regular reporting & analysis.
- Perform sensitivity analysis, financial impact analyses, and scenario testing to monitor and evaluate the financial performance for proposed strategies and ongoing key initiatives.
- Stays up to date on AI & analytics trends, seeking out continuing education & certification.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd.
Qualifications to Succeed:
- University degree in relevant discipline
- 2+ years’ experience in relevant retail Planning and Analysis or Finance role.
- Pharmacy and/or Healthcare experience is an asset.
- Ability to operate with ambiguity & ability to reverse engineer processes & tasks.
- Confident, self starter who can work independently, multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines to achieve objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong experience of MicroStrategy
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite, including complex excel modelling, power query, power BI, PowerPoint, etc.
