Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating pharmacy products and over-the-counter medications.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, including handling cash, credit, and insurance payments.
  • Maintain inventory levels by restocking shelves, checking expiration dates, and reporting low stock to management.
  • Provide basic product information and answer customer inquiries, escalating complex questions to licensed pharmacy staff as needed.
  • Ensure the sales area is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and pharmacists to support daily operations and customer service.
  • Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with pharmacy policies.
