What you will be doing:

  • Maintains the Rexall Store Portal and the Store Alignment document
  • Maintains two-way communications between stores through e-mail and phone
  • Provides support for the successful execution of initiatives, pilots and projects
  • Coordinates with Director, Retail Support Services and Manager, Front Store Integration to create store ready programs
  • Responsible for the authoring and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Responsible for the Smart Fundamentals Program including reporting and analysis, audit review and updates
  • Plans, writes and edits content for a variety of internal communications
  • Acts as gatekeeper for all communications requests to the stores regarding program and project implementations
  • Providing tactical support in the delivery of multi-day national conferences and meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support Rexall Pharmacy Group ULC

How you will Succeed:

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Communications, English or relevant field
  • 3-5 years’ experience retail store experience and/ retail corporate support
  • Ability to take initiative, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment requiring minimal direction
  • Detail oriented, with the ability to conceptualize and document processes
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat & InDesign
