What you will be doing:
- Monitor and respond to store inquiries via the Inspired Beauty inbox
- Investigate and resolve store issues regarding product inquiries, planograms, fixtures, etc. in a timely manner reflecting corporate policy.
- Maintain awareness of store operations and initiatives
- Assist in identifying and implementing store-level growth opportunities. (contests, GWP etc)
- Draft and publish store-facing communications through AllConnect for 380+ store locations
- Assist in reviewing, maintaining and uploading vendor rep contact lists, order forms, product knowledge or other resources for store reference.
- Develop the monthly Beauty Bulletin to share product insights, trends, category updates, and execution tips with stores
- Create the Beauty Area section of the Weekly Playbook to guide in-store merchandising and promotional activities
- Share and maintain the Beauty Training Calendar to support cosmetician development
- Assist in organizing and coordinating monthly Cosmeticians calls
- Pull and compile reports to support category performance tracking and decision-making
- Attend quarterly business reviews with vendor representatives
- Assist with NSO and space change related tasks as required
- Complete various administrative tasks to support team operations and project execution as assigned to support Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd.
How you will succeed:
- Minimum 2 years College Diploma in a relevant field
- 3 years experience within a Category/Merchandising or related environment preferred.
- 3 years retail store experience preferred
- Excellent communication both verbal and written.
- Outstanding interpersonal and time management/prioritization skills.
- Demonstrated planning and negotiation skills, financial analysis and administration skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
